Full-time: Physician Practice Western Cranston Providing primary health care services to patients in skilled nursing facilities and physician practice settings. Assessing immedIate and long-term needs of patients, establishing and implementing a plan of care in consultation with physician. Nurse Practitioner licensure in RI and 3-5 years' experience as a licensed Nurse Practitioner in an Internal Medicine practice setting are required.
