We are providing this website as an informational resource to Rhode Island Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialists who are working in the state to keep you informed about local, regional and national issues. Please visit About RIPCNS and our Mission Statement to learn about the Council, our activities and networking opportunities. Our website also contains information about the new Mentorship Program and provides a list of clinicians, their practice locations and their area of specialization entitled Referrals. We have a column written by the members of the Executive Committee in the News and Views, the quarterly paper published by RISNA and sent to all nurses who currently hold a license to practice in RI. This column includes information that is relevant to our practice, highlighting special activities and accomplishments of our members. We send information regarding career opportunities, educational conferences, networking, and scheduled meetings through our list serve.
